1. Acceptance

By using an.chat ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or impersonate others.

3. Prohibited conduct (zero tolerance)

• Harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech
• Pornography, nudity, content unsafe for minors
• Violent or terrorism-related content
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing links
• Impersonation, fraud, pyramid schemes
• Content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction
• Viruses, malicious code, unauthorized scrapers

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Once a report is verified, the offending account will be restricted or permanently banned.

4. Reporting

Long-press any message in a chat and choose "Report", or open a user profile and choose "Report user". We review reports within 24 hours.

5. Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you send. You grant us the storage and transmission rights necessary to deliver the service.

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify or terminate the service at any time, and may terminate your account for violations.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions, data loss or third-party content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
